We accept various forms of payment, including major credit and debit cards, and bank transfers, If you prefer to pay in instalments, we can set up a payment plan for you.
2. What is ATOL protection and why is it important?
ATOL (Air Travel Organiser’s Licence) protection ensures that if your travel company goes out of business, you won’t lose your money or be stranded abroad. It covers package holidays and certain flight-only bookings. All our holidays are ATOL protected, giving you peace of mind when booking with us.
7. Can I make changes to my booking after I’ve paid?
Yes, you can make changes, though fees may apply depending on the nature of the change and how close it is to your travel date. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to amend your booking.
3. How do I know if my holiday is ATOL protected?
Once you book a package holiday or qualifying flight with us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate that confirms your protection. Keep this certificate as it details what is protected, who is covered, and what to do in case of insolvency.
8. Is there any extra charges for your services?
There are no extra fees for our travel agent services. My goal is to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable experience while finding the best travel options tailored to your needs. Any fees or commissions are typically included in the prices you see for flights, accommodation, and packages.
4. Is my money protected if I book a holiday through your agency?
Payment Protection Services (PTS) provide an additional layer of financial security, ensuring that your money is protected throughout the booking process. With this service, your funds are held in a secure trust account, so if anything happens to the travel provider, your money remains safe.

5. Can I pay for my Package Holiday in instalments?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to make it easier for you to afford your dream holiday. After an initial deposit, you can choose to pay in instalments or make lump sum payments. Full payment is typically due a few weeks before your departure date (Please note if you book too close to the date of travel full payment will be required).
10. How do I make an Enquiry / Booking?
On the homepage, you’ll find three options: a holiday enquiry form, a “Let Me Beat Your Quote” form, and an option to schedule a call at a time that suits you. Choose the option that best fits how you’d like to make your enquiry. All quotes will be provided within 48 hours.
